Purchasing
All sales are final. We only issue returns or exchanges under extenuating circumstances and these exceptions will be granted on a case by case basis.
In the case that we do grant a return or exchange, it must be made within 7 days of delivery. The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete with all original packaging and documentation. We do not take responsibility for returned packages lost in transit.
When will I get my order?
Order ships within 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS or Fedex based on delivery location, with an estimated shipping time of 3-5 business days.
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
How do I care for my Niana sleeves?
Gently handwash with cold water and mild detergent or machine wash on a delicate cycle in a mesh bag. Always air dry flat or hang away from sunlight, avoiding the dryer and harsh chemicals like bleach. Iron on low heat with a pressing cloth; use starch when pressing to improve structure. If necessary, iron pleats perpendicular to round curve of the sleeve. When lying flat profile-down, the pleats should tent up, providing room and structure to sit atop the shoulder (see above illustration). Store in provided envelope in dry place.
How do I care for my Barong?
DO NOT machine wash as it may ruin the 3D- print applique. Gently handwash with cold water and mild detergent; a dab of dish detergent may be used to lift away tough stains. Always air dry on a hanger away from direct sunlight. For wrinkles, you may use a steamer or iron on low heat with pressing cloth. Avoid direct heat on applique. To store, hang Barong in a dry place away from humidity or moisture.
