Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange your product, we recommend returning your pieces and placing another order with store credit. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with original packaging and tags attached.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or you experience any issues, please contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package. Claims submitted after this window may not be accepted.

How to start a return

To initiate a return or report an issue, reach out to us directly. Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return.
